Deposit and cancellation charge policy
To confirm an appointment booking, a refundable deposit is required. This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment at your next visit. We understand that things sometimes arise and that you may need to change your appointment.
If you need to amend the date of your treatment appointment we politely ask for at least 24 hours notice, so that we can re-allocate the appointment.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
